I need to have all of the Spaulding family tree made by Gary Cobb deleted

Gary Cobb, the one that made these, is not family.  All he was is the sperm donor of my cousins children.  This baby's name is  Alena Rae Spaulding, not Elana Ray!  I am a Spauling family member, How can I have these taken down.  He did NOT have permission from the family to make these!!!!!!!!!!!

i do have permition to do the family tree from the poasters grand mother and Aunt and also several uncles there has never been a complainf from the family befor her if you would like ferther information please contact me
