Charles de Courcy is almost certainly invented and definitely isn't mentioned in any source written near the time he was meant to have lived and I imagine a wife Archarda de Bar-sur-Aube is also invented.

A FindAGrave memorial that doesn't actually cite any reliable sources or actually have a legible image of the memorial or gravestone is not a good source for any genealogy but particularly so for anything pre-1500.
