Anone know of Colin Leach born 1785 in PA?

Question

Colin Leach ended up living in Shenandoah Virginia.  Married Dorcas Grasman and had children;  James F, and Magnus Colin and several daughters.

 

I should have asked for info on his birth place and his parents names.
