Is there a problem with the RootsSearch WikiTree Integration tool?

Question

Is there a problem with RootsSearch WikiTree Integration tool? I've been using it all day without any problems and suddenly I received this message:

RootsSearch WikiTree Integration

Enter a WikiTree ID to research with RootsSearch. Read the WikiTree article for more information.

Unable to load the person. Check the ID and try again.

I just sat down, clicked on the Research .... getting the same as Julie, "Unable to load the person. Check the ID and try again."  I have tried three different profiles, getting the same .... and came running to G2G.  I feel a little better, knowing that it is not just me, but ....

Well Julie, I just came back here to this post, after reading some of the others, posted since the update.  But I am not seeing anything new, as to why it has stopped working.  I also had been using it all day, took and break, and just returned ... and it is now not working.  I rebooted my computer, and restarted WikiTree, and also refreshed the RootsSearch page, as mentioned in one of the other posts.  But still not working.  I did check my search links through my RootsMagic, they all are working.  My fingers are crossed whatever it is, gets figured out, and fixed.  First time I have ever had a problem with it.

I just tried it like usual and like everyone else "unable to load, etc."

I cannot even sign in, it just keeps trying to load. It's acting like the program needs to be reset.

Like everyone else, I'll just be patient and keep trying.

I cannot get the roots search to load the past 2 days, on any of my profiles. It says it's loading but doesn't ever complete it.

The apps server (which RootsSearch uses) seems to be having issues.

I decided to logout of WikiTree and log back in. Then I tried the RootSearch link again on a profile and voila it asked me to sign in and was successfully directed to the profile I was looking up.

That may be the answer, just log out and log back in?
