Should Martha Vastine (Laybourne) Lowther be disconnected from parents

Question

Martha Vastine (Laybourne) Lowther  is attached to parents https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Laybourne-2 -  Joseph Laybourne and https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Marchant-395 -  Rachel Marchant.

I have been researching the Laybourne and Starr families from Ireland.  I have not found any evidence that Joseph and Rachel had a daughter named Martha.  I have found the Quaker record that shows all the births of Joseph and Rachel's children.  If you have access to FindMyPast you can see it https://search.findmypast.com/record?id=ire%2fquaker%2fqm1m-1%2f0226&parentid=ire%2fquaker%2fbirth%2f31709 .

I have transcribed and added the wills for both Joseph and Rachel to their profiles (sourced).  Neither of them mention a daughter named Martha in their wills.

I left a note on the profile for the profile manager a while back and did not receive any reply.

Any advice on how to best proceed?

I just noticed that the profile manager has a note posted on her profile that she will be absent.  The note was posted in 2016.  Do I assume she is not active?  I do see that the PM has made recent contributions to wikitree so...
