Profiles don't get deleted on wikitree, it would help if you would explain the reason you wish to delete a profile you have created.  What is usually done is a recycle using the edit function, by duplicating names and information of another person and then merging the two profiles.  That effectively "deletes" the original profile.

I would like to delete Maybelle 816 as I duplicated her in Maybelle 815

I have initiated the merge for you. As  manager you can complete the process by approving now.  In future, if you need to merge profiles you are manager of, you can merge them yourself using the tools in the drop down menus.  :-)

Ben,

If what you want to do is have her profile be completely private, go to her profile, click on the "Privacy" button, and click on the red level, and click on the set new privacy level.

I would suggest you do that first, to gain a level of control about this, and if you still want to delete Maybelle, someone with more experience than me will try to help you.

Can you not just merge the two? That seems to be the obvious answer.
