Piper, you'll have to provide us a lot more data for anyone to be able to help you.

If they are still living may I suggest social media? Perhaps FaceBook?

Hi Piper,

If you start with your birth certificate that will give you information on your parents and then the next staep is getting their marriage certificate, which will give you more information about them and their parents. Then after that get their birth certificates, which will give you even more information on them and their parents and keep repeating this process for each generation of people you find. Also census records will help you with information on where they were staying and who else was in the household at the time of the census.

It can be a jong journey to find out all the information, but I can guarantee you'll have fun doing it and finding out about your family history as you go along.

All the best

Billy
