Maggie, Toby, and I have discussed this, but I figured it really should be open to everyone.
Recent research showed that the Fink family was known as the Maruches family in Russia where they originated. Moses changed the family name to Fink upon leaving Russia. Moses was known as Moses Fink for the greater majority of his life, by his choosing, and all descendants of his line were known as such, as well. Other Maruches family who migrated took that name Marcus.
Do we keep the LNAB Fink or change it to Maruches. At birth, to be completely factual, it would have been Maruches. During his time, Moses would have gone by Fink. We now refer to him as a Fink, as well, so his current last name would most certainly be that. He is currently set as Fink-766, but we did not want to change anything until we made a decision as a whole, to avoid redirecting the name too many times.
