which William Parsons married Garturett Laurax ?

I have a copy od Maryland marriage records 1634 - to 1777 and there is a William Parsons who married Garturett Laurax January 6 1733, there is also a William Parsons who married Hannah Hearn January 1757. Does anyone have any info on these Williams?

Judging by age it would be the one born circa 1701. But I am verifying that.  She seems to have stayed in Virginia while The William I know married in Philadelphia 1745
