Reverend Henry Smith (1599 - 1648) - Connection to GFR

Reverend Henry Smith was an early immigrant to North America, and considered the first settled minister at Wethersfield, Connecticut.  

Through settlers of Vermont and Ohio, he and his descendants are connected into the Global Family Reunion Tree. He is 34 degrees removed from AJ.

Hi Erin,  Rev. Henry Smith is the immigrant ancestor for Group 7 on SmithConnections.com DNA Project.  I am going to be adding some information to his descendants' profiles.  Should I add links to the Global Reunion category for each of his descendants?  Would that be just his blood descendants, or those by marriage as well?  I am pretty much uninformed about the Global Reunion category and what I can do to help, particularly with the Rev. Henry Smith cousins.  Thanks for your advice.

For now, Abby has the Global Family Reunion category set up for connection points that need work: anyone connected to the GFR through blood or marriage whose profile needs parents, spouses, or children added to make more connections gets tagged into the category so those interested know where work needs to be done.

Like Erin said, any stopping points you come to-if he doesn't have parents listed, or if a person needs a spouse, or children need added-add the [[ Category:Global_Family_Reunion ]] and then the people working on the project can jump in an help, too. Then, once the tracing tool is ready to go, it will do the work letting people see those lines that link them to AJ.
