John Francis McMahon who died Feb 3 1881 (South Australia)

Question

My Great-Great-Great Grandfather was John Francis McMahon (born in 1847 in believe). He died Feb 3 1881 after being thrown off his horse. He married Elizabeth Geraghy and I know of three children (James Lawrence, Edward Elder and John Francis).

John's father was Timothy as it was written on his marriage certificate. His name appears in the death index of Genealogy South Australia. I'm not a member and I want to see what is in the death index. I really would like an actual date of birth and especially the name of his mother.

McMahon is a hard name to track down. I can't just find Timothy McMahon because i don't know any date of births or partners or parents.

I assume John was born in Ireland and moved to Australia without his parents.

Any help would be hugely appreciated
