Looking for Daniel and Denis Cliffords parents in Ireland

Through DNA I am related to a Daniel Clifford born 1798 in Cork Ireland.  He married Margaret Sheehan -- do not know the exact date of marriage.  My gg-grandfather is Denis Clifford born around 1808 in Ireland.  Married Catherine Bennett in 1834 in Newmarket Parish.  I want to find out Denis and Daniel's parents to know if they are brothers.  It seems marriage records do not include parents.  We both have a lot of Jeremiah's, Timothy's, Patricks and Johannahs in both families.  Could you advise me where else to look.  I know these are common names and it makes it more difficult.

A link has been added in the Irish Roots Project Page to Irish Genealogy News under External Resources .   This gives details of the pre 1901 census search form extracts which are being released online on 28 Apr. by National Archives of Ireland.  Also lists what pay sites are giving free access to certain records over Easter Weekend.  http://irish-genealogy-news.blogspot.co.uk
