I am looking for the parents of James Andrew Neill, b. September 20, 1834 in Cleveland County, NC, d. November 7, 1913, Cherryville, Gaston County, NC.  He married Mary Jane Eaker, b. January 31, 1849, Cleveland County, NC, d. 1939.

Their children were  William Milo, John Anderson, M. Dallas, James Newton, Amanda, Charlie, Samuel and Thomas.

Family lore says James Andrew's father may have been named William.
