Need Help Translating Hebrew on Gravestone

I need help translating the Hebrew on this headstone for Simon Bordoffsky and his wife Eva Trosionsky.  Thanks.

   My only half-baked Hebrew would suggest something like     

(Left panel):                                                

Mr. Simon Son (of) Vev (Vav?)                 

Bardoffsky                                                   

(birth and death dates)

(Right panel):

Chava (Eva or Eve) Daughter (of) Mr. Isaac Zvi

Bardoffsky

(birth and death dates)

Hopefully,  someone will respond soon who has a better clue!

You are right Mark.

Eva daughter of Yitzak Zvi (first name and second name), hebrew dates given month of Chevan - then there is an acronym which may be common to hebrew gravestones- no translation for that.

Simon son of Ze'Ev(just first name), Hebrew date month of Sivan, and again the acronym.

Chryse, Thanks, I haven't tried that yet.  I know we have some language volunteers on WikiTree, and I was hoping that someone would step forward and add Hebrew to the list of languages.
