Yes, this is the family.  Do you know more about the descendants, down the line.  One of my great, great,xxx grandparents -- William Jesse Wiggins -- married Barbara Watts.  I am trying to "connect" this Wiggins with Thomas Wiggins about whom I asked the question.

In 1900 Census,William Wiggins ,living with father Thomas H. Wiggins

and mother Fannie E Wiggins .5 children in total.Also a Sarah Gilliam mother

in law living with them.So she would be mother of Fannie.So Fannie E. Wiggins

would be Fannie E. Gilliam.Sarah and Fannie both born Alabama.Of course is

Gilliam her married name or maiden name.Found on
