Why have my DNA tests disappeared up the line?

I previously had 14 ydna tests linking up to the MRCA - Henry Bennet-95.  Now only 2 show up.

i thought at first there must have been some activity down the line which had broken the relationship line.  I checked the first two and the ancestral line for both is still correctly linked and the DNA test still listed on the profile?

Any ideas?

Which test is it? Who is the test-taker?

One thing that has caused confusion: We recently changed our policy on test-takers with private family trees. It used to be that the test connections were made regardless of privacy level. We changed this so that in order for yDNA and mtDNA connections to be made, the test-taker has to have a public family tree. We didn't actually make this change for privacy reasons. We made it because there were family trees with mistakes in them that others couldn't see or help correct. That caused a few people a lot of consternation.

We haven't made this clear enough on the various test-related pages. I need to work on that.

Anyway, could it be that the test-taker's tree is private?

I did notice that one of them was.  I will go through the rest and double check.  I think they should all be private with public tree anyway.  I did change one of them but I didn't think it changed the result.

Are they all set now?

The connections only rebuild at night, and that would apply here as well. That is, if they were not showing because of a privacy issue, they wouldn't show until the next morning.

The last one still isn't appearing.  Bennett-6783.  The relationships are correct, as is the privacy level.  Any ideas?

Oh dear!  Thanks Chris, sorry about that.  I checked everything else!  Must have missed him in the beginning!!
