I split my gedcoms and now have more than 10 merges unskipped

Question

I want to import a gedcom that adds another branch of my family. As I originally uploaded my direct line the new gedcom produces duplicates but some of these have more information- spouses, marriages, children. However I am over the limit of 10 merges with no skip. All the profiles I want to merge add information to profiles owned by me. Is there any way around this?

hummmm.  appaently, you don't have to add "http://"  anymore?
