Places of birth and death should be considered when adding names to this list for the Adams family, as well as dates. People did not travel in the same way as today. If someone was born and died in Virginia it is unlikely that the family would travel to NC for the birth. There are several contradictions which suggest there were 3 branches of the Adams family, one in Sussex, Virginia Colony, one in Surry, Virginia Colony and one in Rowan County, Colonial North Carolina. I believe William Adams may have left the Virginia Colony and settled in North Carolina, but I can find no evidence that Benjamin Adams and Agnes Ezell ever lived in NC, so place suggests that there are several names in the WikiTree that do not belong with Benjamin Adams family tree.
