According to a posting on GENI.com, Michael Threatt (Thweatt) was born in 1588 in Little Bolton, Lancashire, England, died November 16, 1654 in Little Bolton and was buried at St Peter le Moor, Little Bolton, Lancashire, England. Immediate Family: son of John Thweatt, Sr. and Janet Thweatt ; husband of Dorothy Thweatt; father of James Threatt, John Threatt, Daniel Thweatt, James Thweatt, Thomas Thweatt and 2 others. Managed by: Kathleen Annette Green.
 
NOTE: The church mentioned was certainly Bolton le Moors (also known as Bolton le Moors St Peter), a civil parish and ecclesiastical parish of the hundred of Salford in the historic county of Lancashire, England. It was administered from St Peter's Church, Bolton in the township of Great Bolton.
