Minor Create Profile defect

In case it matters, I'm on Windows 7 and using Firefox ...

Steps:

1. Open an existing profile and begin adding a new person (spouse, mom, dad, etc.) in a new tab (right click on the link and pick 'Open link in new tab' ... or 'new window')

2.  Enter the data for the new person.

3.  Go back to the first profile ... because you need to copy the 'Source' text for the new profile or whatever.  While there, you notice a small change to make ... like you want a '*' in front of the source data text.  Do that edit and re-save that profile.

4. Back to the profile you're creating.  Paste that stuff you just copied into the source box and click on the 'Create' whatever button.

It grinds for a second and then you're back at that same input/edit page.  The new profile is not created and you have to close that window and start over.  I've learned not to do that edit and re-save of the first profile until the second is created.

Thought you'd like to know.

Hello Bob  I believe thats simply a sporadic glitch it sometimes does it even when creating a profile without it being linked to another profile.

Yep, sometimes this just happens, but the steps above are repeatable every time.

Thanks, Bob and Matt. I think I know what causes this. We'll put it on the to-do list to find a fix. (Or at least emphasize saving or abandoning one change before starting another.)
