I found the 1885 marriage record in Clinton, MO, so she might be the Maggie in the 1880 Clinton, MO census? I don't know if the actual certificate would have any further information on her parents. The only Margaret Lowery b. abt 1864 NY with father 'Daniel' that I found is also shown. Not sure this will help connect any dots.
