look for relatives of David Andrew Cole and his son Buford Sumpter Cole of Pulaski TN and Limestone County Alabama

Question

Looking for relatives of my paternal grandfather, Buford Sumpter Cole.  His father was David Andrew Cole.  They were born/lived in Pulaski, TN and Limestone County, Alabama.  Buford was born in October 1912 and had 7 siblings.  He had an older brother James Cole of Athens, Alabama and Charles Cole who died of pnuemonia in his 30's.

She was a Kimbrough/Kimbro by marraige.  I believe her name was Lucinda as they told me I was named for her. I do know she had a sister named Druicilla.  Also I know she was 100% Cherokee Indian, NE Alabama, NW Georgia, Eastern Tennessee-Creek I think. Thanks for your help.  Many of my older relatives told me we have the surname Martin and Brown, but they are not on the Cole side, or the maternal grandmother's side either.

Lou Alice Kimbrough, born in 1876 and died in Alabama ion 15 September 1961.  Her father was James  A. Kimbrough.  Both of them were born in District 11, Giles, Tennessee, USA.  With the help of this website I was able to track both sides of this family all the way to 1795.  Hooot!

This is most likely his Social Security Death Index file.  The Best way to find these people is to start as near to the present as possible and work your way back into the past.  With the Family Search link you can adjust the search criteria and probably find the census for 1940 and back until you'll be able to see who many of his relatives are.
