Biography

1776 Project
Abraham Abbott served with 16th Massachusetts Bay Provincial Regiment (1775), Continental Army during the American Revolution.

Abraham Abbott was born on January 11, 1754, in Sudbury, MIddlesex, Massachusetts.[1][2] Abraham served for 3 months and 11 days during the American Revolution.[3] During his lifetime, Abraham was a yeoman and a housewright[3]. Abraham married Betty Ormsby ca. 1784, and they had 3 children. He died in 1840, in Londonderry, Vermont[3].
