Abernathy-522 and Abernathy-339 appear to represent the same person because: Clear duplicate with the exception that the name Thomas was never seen in records for this person.

is this a duplicate record for Abernathy-522? Christine and Robert did have a son named James but in 1699 and not 1725. If this is a generation later, this James Abernathy would not be the son of Christine Tillman and Robert Abernathy.

I do not see any mention of James Abernathy in the Spes-Alit-Agricolam Tillman Genealogy. It is listed here incorrectly. If this James Abernathy is the son of Christine Tillman and Robert Abernathy, that is not proven by the Tillman Genealogy Book. Christine is listed as a child of Roger Tilghman with her marriage to Robert Abernathy in Spes-Alit-Agricolam.

Error on birth/marriage (married at age one?)

There also appears there is a skipped generation. I think Samuel is grandson of James, not son.
