He married second Ruth Tune on 30 Aug 1870 in Clinton, Illinois. Children with Ruth: Catherine, Andrew, Levi Allen, Adams E, Narcissis, Wiley. He died in Jun 1880 in Calico Rock, Baxter, Arkansas.
