James was a Friend (Quaker)
James was born about 1671. He died in 1722.
Uncertain Parents: Although both James and his uncertain parents attended the Burlington Monthly Meeting and John Adams and Elizabeth had a son named James, there is little other evidence to connect them. Notably, James is not listed as an heir in John's Will proved February 5, 1703/1704 even though James was living in Burlington County, New Jersey.[1]
