Mitchell and his wife Sarah Mitchell, Hiram Brown and his wife Mary Brown, Joseph Ellison, William Huddleston and his wife Naomi? Huddleston, Joel Burgess and his wife Ruth Burgess, Isaac A. Huddleston and John Campbell, Heirs at Law of the estate of John Ellison Deceased have this day bargained and Sold and do hereby transfer and convey to James Ellison, Jr. and his heirs forever for the consideration of one hundred and Eighty Dollars to us in hand paid the following described tracts of Land in the State of Tennessee White County and in District #- containing by estimate one hundred and forty acres be the same more or less lying on Cane Creek and bounded as follows:
