Biography

Booth Armistead born about 1733 was the son of Captain Robert Armistead and Katherine Nutting. He married Miss Elizabeth Stith about 1755. He made his will on 17 April 1770 which was proved on 28 June 1770. He named the following children: Robert, John, Booth, Betsy who may have been a child of a second marriage. Betsy married Captain William Armistead.
