  • Elizabeth was born in 1663. Elizabeth is the child of John Bailey and Lydia Backus.[1] [2]
  • About 1682, she married Thomas Clark, the son of William Clark and Katherine Bunce of East Haddam, Connecticut and they had children, including:
  1. Jonathan Clark 1683–1694
  2. Thomas Clark 1687–
  3. Israel Clark 1690–
  4. Sarah Clark 1695–
  5. Mary Clark 1702–1799, who married Jeremiah Mason
  6. Susannah Clark 1710–1770, who married Stephen Cone
  • Elizabeth died in East Haddam[3]

Elizabeth was the daughter of John and Lydia (Backus) Bailey

She married Thomas Clark, son of William and Katherine (Bunce) Clark, on 17 Jun 1696 at Haddam, Middlesex, CT - parents of Elizabeth, Mary, David, Israel, Susannah and John Clark
