Biography

John Baldwin, son of Richard Baldwin and Ellen Apuke -not yet 23 in 1552-3, date of his fathers will; executor of his mothers estate in 1565; overseer of his brother Henry's will dated 2 Jan., 1599-1600^[1]

At the date of his fathers will in 1552-3 and at the age of 23 he was to inherit the farm of Dongrove, in Chesham. He was named as his mothers executor in her will dated in 1565, and as overseer of his brother Henry's will, dated 2 Jan 1599-1600. Joseph Chester states "Nothing else can be found of him". He most likely moved to a different part of the country.^[2]
