Ebenezer married second Hannah Smith on 26 Jun 1786 in Townsend, Middlesex, Massachusetts. Hannah died in childbirth to their son, Ebenezer on 4 April 1787.
Ebenezer married third Phebe Weston on 4 Oct 1787 in Townsend, Middlesex, Massachusetts.

Together they had eight children between 1788 and his death on December 5, 1837.
