Those apply to Sprota as opposed to Poppa. The only source I can locate (other than trees, which mean nothing) for Poppa is on Stirnet, which shows her as Poppa of Sulzbach, daughter of Berengar of Sulzbach, and has her married to Balso d'Espagne (count of Bayeux - son of Ranulph).
