Biography
Effie Beaman was born on February 19, 1877 in Owen County, Indiana to Elihu and Jemima Jane (Meek) Beaman. She married William Henry Bauman on December 2, 1896 in Owen County, Indiana. They were the parents of Edie (born in 1897), Earl (1897-1978), Claude (1898-1899), an unnamed infant girl (born 1900), Roy (1900-1975), Nellie (1904-1998), Elsie Mae (1910-1967), and Harry (1915-2018). She died on December 20, 1972 at the age of 95 in Boone, Colorado, and was buried in Roselawn Cemetery in Pueblo, Colorado.
