Richard Beauchamp, K.B., Earl of Worcester, Joint Warden of the Welsh Marches, Captain of Coutances, Dreux, Neufflé, and Gizors^[1] and 2nd Lord Abergavenny (1411).^[2]

Vitals

Richard was born about 1397 (aged 14 in 1411). He married Isabel le Despenser at Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, on 27 July 1411 and they had one daughter, Elizabeth. Richard Beauchamp, Earl of Worcester, was killed at the Siege of Meaux in France on March 18, 1421/2 and was buried at Tewkesbury Abbey, Gloucestershire.^[1][2]

Isabel le Despenser, daughter of Thomas le Despenser, K.G., Earl of Gloucester, 5th Lord le Despenser, by Constance of York, daughter of Edmund of Langley, K.G., Duke of York, (fifth son of King Edward III of England)^[1] by Isabel, younger daughter and co-heiress of Pedro the Cruel, King of Castile and Léon,^[4][5] married Richard Beauchamp, Earl of Worcester, on July 27, 1411 at Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire.^[1]

Elizabeth, born at Hanley Castle, Worcestershire, on September 16, 1415^[2] (aged 18 in 1436), married Sir Edward Neville, Lord Bergavenny, youngest son of Richard Neville, K.G., 1st Earl of Westmorland, 4th Lord Neville of Raby, by his second wife, Joan Beaufort, legitimized daughter of John of Gaunt, K.G., (son of King Edward III).^[1]
