Charles (Béllanger) Bélanger lived

Charles Béllanger was born on 16 Nov 1677 and baptized on 12 Feb 1678 in Notre-Dame de Québec, Canada, Nouvelle-France. His parents were Jean François Bélanger and Marie Cloutier. Godparents at the infant's baptism were Guillaume Lemieux and Anne Le Roy, wife of Nicolas Bouchard. The officiating priest was Thomas Morel and Henri de Bernières registered the act.[1]

Marriage
Charles Bélanger married Jeanne Edmont, daughter of René Emond and Marie Lafaye , on 22 Apr 1713 in Saint-Ignace-de-Loyola parish of Cap-Saint-Ignace. The celebrant priest was Yves Godard. [File states: "With the permission of the vicary general and the time forbidden by the church" - Torn act][2]

The couple had 6 known children, 1 known to die young & 5 to marry[3]

Death and Burial
Charles Bélange (sic) passed away being given the age of around 70 years on the record. His burial was on 14 Jan 1750 in Notre-Dame-du-Bon-Secours parish cemetery of L'Islet.[4]
