He may be the Johannes Beyer who warranted 150 acres in Oley, Philadelphia County (later Berks County), Pennsylvania on March 20, 1738 and patented it on March 25, 1738. [1] His brother Johann Philip Beyer (1701-1753) also lived in Oley for a time.
He may also be the Johannes Boyer who wrote his will in Oley on February 9, 1743 (apparently proved on the same date) recorded in Philadelphia Will Book G, Page 27. Husbandman. Wife and Exec: Catherine. Son: John Henry. Others noted on will abstract: Lawrence Nolfs and John Oyster. [2] But then the man who died in Heidelberg, Berks in 1784 must be someone else.

Boyer-2828 and Beyer-207 appear to represent the same person because: These two seem to be the same person with a name change from Beyer to Boyer. Please merge.
Boyer-607 and Beyer-207 appear to represent the same person because: Parents, birth dates/places, and death places match; death year needs resolving. Beyer is most likely the LNAB and Boyer a later spelling.
