Biography

Michael Beyer born 6 or 8 JAN 1726 Palatinate, Germany died 16 FEB 1777 Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, United States of America buried at Old Ground On Ridge (now French Creek Seventh Day Baptist Cemetery, Warwick, Chester, Pennsylvania, USA), Knauertown, Chester, Pennsylvania, United States [1]

Came to America with his parents aboard the Pennsylvania Merchant vessel "Philadelphia" from Dackenheim, Bayern, Germany and Arrived in Philadelphia, September 10, 1731.

He was confirmed: The Sunday after Easter, 1746 at Falckner Swamp Lutheran Church. He married Margaret Elizabeth Wartman April 10, 1749 at Falckner Swamp Lutheran Church (The nation's oldest German Reform Church).

He died in Revolutionary War. Margaret received a citation for his bravery. Four brothers also fought in the Revolution.[2]
