Mercy Bird was born on 06 February 1679 in Dorchester, Massachusetts Bay Colony, the daughter of Thomas and Thankful (Atherton) Bird.[1]
"Marcy" Bird married on 21 March 1722 in Newton to Eleazer Hyde as his second wife.[2] Her first husband died on 30 September 1731.[3] His will and vital records indicate he had a previous wife named Hannah, and which names son Eleazer, daughters Hannah Hide and Mindwell Cook, wife of Joseph Cook, in addition to making provisions for his wife Mercy.[4]
Marcy Hides married, secondly, Joseph Bartlett in Newton on 14 June 1732.[5]
Marcy Bartlett, wife of Joseph Bartlett, died in Newton on 22 March 1734.[6][7]
