Sarah (Blakeslee) Pierpont was born on 13 May 1738 in New Haven, New Haven, daughter of Lieut. Isaac Blakeslee (1703 - 1767) and Mary Tuttle (Frost) Blakeslee (1711 - 1793).
Her siblings were:
- Isaac Blakeslee (1733 - 1814)
- Mary (Blakesley) Pardee (1735 - 1780)
- Abigail (Blakeslee) Sackett (1746 - 1815)
- Beulah (Blakeslee) Barnes (1748 - 1822)
Sarah married Benjamin Pierpont (1734 - 1812) on 17 Oct 1765 in North Haven, New Haven. Their children were:
- Benjamin Pierpont Jr. (1766 - 1821)
- Philemon Pierpont (1779 - 1865).
Sarah died on 19 Sep 1794 in North Haven aged 56.
