Biography

Joe Bobinski was born in the R.M. of Glenella, Manitoba[1] on the 8th of January, 1908[1] to Peter Bobinski and Mary Tereck[1]

In 1916 he(9), was living on Section 19, Range 13 WPM Lansdowne, Neepawa, Manitoba, Canata. In the home were his father Pete(42), Mary (35), and siblings MIke(12 and listed twice), John(14), Annie(10), Josie(8), Pete(5), William(0), and his grandfather John(72).[2]

In 1921 he(12) was living in the Glenella Municipality in Neepawa, Manitoba with his father Peter(49), mother Mary(40), and siblings John(17), Michel(16), Annie(15), Jessie(12), Peter(9), and William (6)[3]

He would marry Ida Ann Wesling and they would have:

He died on the 28th of June, 1990 in Humboldt, Saskatchewan and would be buried in the Saint Augustine Roman Catholic Cemetery in Humboldt, Saskatchewan[4]

BOBINSKI[5] The death of Mr. Joseph Bobinski of St. Mary's Villa in Humboldt, SK., occurred at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Humboldt, SK on June 28th, 1 990 at the age ot 82 years, a Prayer Service will be said on Sunday, July 1st, 1990 at 7:30 p.m. from Scharf's Funeral Chapel in Humboldt, SK. The Funeral Mass will be offered on Monday, July 2nd, 1990 at 3:00 p.m. from the St. Augustine R.C. Church in Humboldt, SK with Rev. Fr. Leo Hinz O.S.B. and Rev. Fr. Florian Renneberg O.S.B. officiating. Interment will follow at the St. Augustine R.C. Cemetery in Humboldt, SK. Joseph is lovingly remembered by his children: Ronald (Barbara) Bobinski of Wakaw, SK; ........................... Joseph is predeceased by his wife, Ida in 1988; two brothers, Mike and John and a sister Anne. An honor guard will be formed by the Knights of Columbus. Memorial donations made to the St. Elizabeth's Hospital Foundation Fund in Humboldt, SK would be greatly appreciated by the family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to SCHARF'S FUNERAL HOME, Humboldt SK.....
