Biography

Elizabeth was born 1790 in Kentucky^[1] the daughter of Moses Boone and Hannah Boone. Elizabeth married George B. McIntosh and her sister, Jennie, married William E. McIntosh the brother of George. ^[2]

Elizabeth died 1867 in Iowa and was buried at Elk Rapids, Iowa cemetery but was re-interred in Linwood Park Cemetery as preparations began for the Sailorville Reservoir north of Des Moines. In 2006 a stone was placed by her unmarked grave near her daughter Susan Amanda Saunders and relatives at Linwood Park. ^[3]
