George was born in 1690. He is the son of George Boone and Mary Maugridge. He passed away in 1753. (the eldest Son of George & Mary Boone) was born in the Town of Bradninch aforesaid, on the 13th of July 1690 about ½ H. past 5 in the Afternoon; and died in Exeter Township aforesaid, on the 20 November 1753; in the 64th Year of his Age. His wife’s maiden name was Deborah Howell. She died in 1759 January 26[1]

On 24 Dec 1736, George Boone Jr. and wife Deborah, deeded the Friends one acre of ground for a meeting-house and burying place. The first meeting-house(built 1726) which stood across the way, was on a corner of this same one acre piece, the road now separating the plots being cut through in later years. The burial ground is adjacent to the stone meeting-house on the South side. Established 1725 as Oley; name changed to Exeter 1742. Present stone meeting-house built 1759 near site of two previous log meeting structures. The line separating Exeter from the older township of Amity runs through the Friends burying place. Exeter Township was formed in 1741; the survey of the lines on the draft presented with the petition for the new Township was made by George Boone, Esq. [2]

George was born in 1690.
