Checking in Wikipedia, it appears that this is actually Arnulf III, son of Arnulf II, son of Adalolf. A generation has dropped out...see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arnulf_III,_Count_of_Boulogne, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arnulf_II,_Count_of_Boulogne, and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adelolf,_Count_of_Boulogne. Otherwise, there's a real problem with this Arnulf's birthdate being after the father's date of death!

Thanks David, but some of the Wikipedia articles you have cited have no sources at all, and must be considered very unreliable as sources for this early time period.

Although there is an error in dates, without some better sources, it's impossible to tell whether these three men are actually related to each other, and/or whether the current dates on those profiles reflect what is known about them from primary sources.

His mother should be unknown, according to father's profile. Unlink?

I don't know as the recommended research to try and figure this out was ever done. For now I will mark the relationship uncertain. If you want to try and resolve it, please post on G2G and add the tags for pre-1500 and EuroAristo to attract the attention of those project members. Thanks.
