Biography

Jeanne de Bourbon is in certain online genealogies as the daughter of Ademar de Bourbon and his wife Ermengarde but although they existed, there is no record of them having a daughter Jeanne.[1]

There is also doubt that her husband, Joscelin de Meulan, or her daughter Elensie Jean de Meulan ever existed and it seems likely they are a part of the false genealogy of Jean de Conteville or de Burgo.
