Biography

Killed by Indians in Concord in 1746 at age 25. "He and a hunting party were ambushed a couple of miles west of Concord, New Hampshire. He and 5 others, including his brother, were slain by tomahawks, greatly outnumbered. One member of the party, way ahead on a hill, witnessed and escaped to later write up the details. A 15 foot monument stands in front of the Concord Hospital now, near where it happened." notes of Stuart G. Bradley 1983
