Unsourced Information
The following unsourced information is from Lewis's database:[6]
Born circa 1410, "at of" Wenham Parva, Suffolk, England.[7]
1410 is a reasonable guess based on her husband's age - John Shelton was baptized in 1406.[1][3]
"Wenham Parva" is not mentioned in Richardson's entries for her or her parents. Based on locations that Richardson does list, Norfolk is a more likely birth location (her father is of Suffolk and Norfolk; her mother's father is of Yorkshire and Norfolk; her husband is of Norfolk and Suffolk, but his father is just of Norfolk. Richardson citations for her and her parents include the Visitations of Norfolk.[2]
Died 1479, England. England is a reasonable guess, but 1479 appears to have no basis in facts.
An unsourced online tree has Margaret's baptism in 1412, Salle Parish, Norfolk; marriage in 1429 in Shelton, Norfolk; and death in 1479, England.[8]
