This statement is what has led to the confusion of Hannah Brewster's husbands. Hannah who is documented as Hannah Brewster (not Thompson) marrying Samuel Starr in 1664 cannot then have been the Hannah who married John Thompson. Therefore she is not the Hannah born 1641.
WHAT WE KNOW ABOUT HANNAH
Hannah Brewster, d/o Jonathan Brewster and Lucretia Oldham born 3 Nov 1641, Duxbury, Mass. [2][3][4]
Hannah Brewster, d. Jon[atha]n, m. Samuel Starr, Dec. 23, [1664][5][6]

Hannah Morgan died Dec 11, 1711, according to her gravestone[10]. Photo at Find a Grave. Groton, New London County, Connecticut[11]
It must have been a different Hannah Brewster who married John Thompson of Brookhaven, L.I.[12]

According to History of the Town of Stonington, County of New London, Connecticut, From Its First Settlement in 1649 to 1900, with a Genealogical Register of Stonington Families,by Richard Anson Wheeler, First Edition 1900, page 618,
Hanna Brewster, daughter of Jonathan Brewster and granddaughter of Elder William Brewster of the Mayflower, married 1st to John Thompson and had a son named William Thompson who married Bridgit Cheesebrough.
Brewster-1818 and Brewster-50 appear to represent the same person because: Same name, same parents/birth, same first husband. Death date and second husband need to be reconciled.
Brewster-1470 and Brewster-50 appear to represent the same person because: both are d/o Jonathan & Lucretia married to James Morgan death date of 1711 is the correct one.
With what we know about Hannah b 1641, she's not the wife (died 1691 or 1684) of John Thompson. I would like to disconnect from John Thompson or remove the erroneous dates. I've not been able to find any information on John. Do any of you have good information on him?. He could be married to a Hannah Brewster, but not this one, who is William Brewster's granddaughter.
