Given he was married in 1554, date of birth is estimated as "before 1533" assuming age 21 at marriage.
Henry Butler or Boteler of Rawcliffe, Lancashire (d. 1620), was the son of Nicholas Butler of Rawcliffe (b. c. 1501 - d. 1534). He was the heir of his brother Richard (b. abt. 1540), and suc. to Rawcliffe after his death. Henry also starts the pedigree for Butler of Rawcliffe in Vis. of Lancs., (1664/5).[1][2]
