I was sent a link to FAG for the merge of Byrd-460 and Byrd-34 which only has WT Byrd-34 as a source., which states it only a memorial, non-cemetery listing. Cross-referencing non-sourced data does not make it any more factual.

There is no evidence that Mary Byrd married a Rogers. An examination of the sources, I.e. http://home.earthlink.net/~vtrx/ROGJohn&Rachel_notes.pdf, http://www.genealogy.com/ftm/f/o/r/Patsy--C-Ford/GENE1-0002.html, you will notice the Rogers lived in King and Queen, Va. Duke and Byrd were in Charles City, Va.

Byrd-460 and Byrd-34 do not represent the same person because: Even tho the birthdate is the same, more research needs to be done. As 3 marriages? Once occuring when she was about 10? Death dates are too far apart. Locations are different.
