Mary Ann Campbell is the daughter of William Campbell and Sarah Gay. Per her father's will she married a Watson.

5 Oct 1754: I also give & bequeath unto my daughters Mary Clements, Margaret Gillham, Elizabeth Price, Mary Ann Watson, and Rachel Carlile one shilling each and it is also my will that the above mentioned Legacies be paid or tendered on the day of my Burial. ^[1]
